2x31
2x31 is a merging of two self assigned projects. It consists of a series of daily photographs taken over the course of one month; an assignment with no predetermined goal other than documenting where I was going anyway and capturing that which for some reason caught my eye.
The second project was a month long free writing exercise which took place several months later.
In 2x31 a word or sentence from day 1 from one month is combined with a photograph from day 1 from another month (rules on how to behave is a sentence from day 1). I was very curious to see if the combination could somehow dictate the/a meaning of the series where there previously hadn’t really been one.
